Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order, we’re here to help. Please review the guidelines below to ensure a smooth cancellation process.

1. Cancelling Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as the item has not yet been processed or dispatched.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible with your order number:

2. Cancelling After Dispatch
If your order has already been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be cancelled. However, you may still return the item within 14 days under our Return & Refund Policy.
In this case, you’ll need to follow our return process once the item arrives.

3. Made-to-Order & Final Sale Items
Orders for custom, personalised, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has started.
Items marked “Final Sale” are also not eligible for cancellation.

4. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your cancellation is approved, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days, depending on your payment provider.
